1 - PURCHASE PACKAGE

Transparent pricing ensures that my clients know the investment they will need to make. Purchasing a package reflects a commitment to work with me and an investment into their life or business.

2 - recieve welcome packet

A Welcome Packet sets the tone and establishes clear expectations for what it will be like to collaborate with me.

3 - sign contract

A contract is required for all projects. The design experience cannot proceed until I receive your completed contract.

4 - client portal

You will receive your very own design portal link and login. This is where we will be doing all of our design collaboration through the remainder of the experience.

5 - DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE

The Design Questionnaire is a way for you to communicate your design likes and dislikes to me. The questionnaire is available through your client portal.

6 - ROOM ASSESSMENT

The Room Assessment is a way for you to communicate the existing conditions of your space to me. The assessment is available through your client portal

7 - DESIGN KICK-OFF CALL

Once your design questionnaire and room assessment is completed, we will schedule a design kick-off call.

Each design experience includes high level collaboration with expert design guidance. Each design experience is different and can be explored here.

 
 

Frequently asked questions

  1. Can you help me visualize some planned renovations in my space?

    Yes! I require a floor plan and pictures of the existing space in order to create the 3D visuals. Please send me an email to discuss further the planned renovations.

  2. How long will it take to get my finished design?

    The turnaround time on your final edesign is dependent upon the edesign package selected and if you request any revisions to the design. Once your edesign package is complete, you will receive the total package through your client portal and via email with a PDF downloadable and printable file.

  3. Do you specify paint colors with your designs?

    Yes! Paint colors are specified with the Classic and Signature Design Experiences. Please make sure to note that you would like to paint a recommendation(s) in your design questionnaire. If you only require paint recommendations for your project, please check out our Color Guidance Experience.

  4. Can you use some of my existing furniture pieces in the design?

    Yes, of course! My intake process will have some specific questions and requirements about existing furniture pieces. Please make sure to provide as much clear documentation as possible.


  5. Can you work within my budget?

    Yes, I can. I do recommend a minimum budget of $5,000 per room to enable a true transformation. The average budget of my clients is $15,000 per room.


  6. Can you purchase all of the pieces from my edesign for me?

    No, at this time I do not provide purchasing services. You will need to purchase all furniture for your completed edesign.

  7. Can I purchase your edesign services as a gift?

    Yes, absolutely! You can check out my gift cards here.

  8. What if I don’t like something in the edesign you produce?

    Don’t worry! This is part of the process and there is one round of revisions as part of the overall edesign process for each package type. Each round of revisions includes up to 5 reselections of any part of the design. Any additional changes or requested rounds of revisions can be accommodated for an additional fee. This fee is to be agreed upon and paid for before the work can commence.

  9. What happens if I don’t purchase the recommended items right away and something becomes sold out or is no longer available?

    You are welcome to use the design boards as a go-by to select and purchase similar items. Unfortunately, I cannot predict the furniture market so I do not honor reselections for items that are out of stock or no longer available.

  10. Am I able to ask you questions after receiving my final design?

    Yes, all packages provide support for up to 30 days after the submittal of the final design.
