SNPC Design eDesign Terms and Conditions

Please agree to the Terms of the agreement for SNPC Design eDesign Services to continue with your project
1. eDesign is an online architectural, interior design, or decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and are not intended for construction purposes. If any construction or structural modification is discussed or documented during the course of design, it must be fulfilled with a licensed trade person in your local area. SNPC Design will not produce stamped drawings for permitting or construction purposes without a specific contract between the Client and SNPC Design that specifically states that SNPC Design will produce stamped drawings for permitting or construction purposes.
2. Client agrees to provide full information regarding the client’s requirements for the project.
3. SNPC Design will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care, and the orderly progress of the eDesign project.
4. SNPC Design will not be responsible for the means, methods, or procedures of construction fabrication, delivery, and installation, or safety precautions in connection with the eDesign project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier, or other person performing the work on the eDesign project; or for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.
5. SNPC Design cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement, or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the eDesign project.
6. Client may cancel up to 24 hrs after payment has been received. After that, no refunds are given.
7. All design collaboration with SNPC Design is done through a password-protected Client portal. EDesign Client agrees to correspond strictly through this platform or through email. Each portal is maintained for 6 months after completion of design. After 6 months, clients will lose access to their portal. All Clients will receive a reminder email 2 weeks in advance of the shutdown of their portal.
8. Client agrees to additional fees of $80/hour + any travel fees for in-person visits if requested by the Client. The request by the Client must be in writing and all travel is to be agreed upon in advance. A 50% retainer is to be paid before SNPC Design books travel.
