ESTIMATED PROJECT TIMELINE

Projects completed with this experience are typically completed in (4) weeks. The project timeline maybe be extended or shortened based on the Client’s availability.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

(1) 30-minute virtual consultation to review the questionnaire and review necessary project information before starting the project

CONCEPT BOARD

A virtual design board to conceptualize the vision for the space with (1) revision. This board may include furniture pieces, decor items, inspiration photos, or material swatches. The client may provide feedback after each concept board.
Note: An additional round of revisions can be made and will be billable to the client at a rate of $150.00.
Note: (3) personalized and realistic renderings can be created at the request of the client and will be billable to the client at a rate of $700.00. The renderings include (1) round of revisions. An additional round of revisions can be made and will be billable to the client at a rate of $300.00.

2D FLOOR PLAN

A floor plan is done to scale based on the measurements provided by the client. The floor plan will have itemized details on where to place the new furniture in the space. The itemized details will correspond directly with the shopping list.

COLOR SELECTION

(1) paint color selection may be made by the designer
Note: An additional round of revisions can be made and will be billable to the client at a rate of $75.00.

SHOPPING LIST

A hand-curated list of everything you will need to bring the design vision to life. This shopping list will include links to products, pricing, and all details needed for purchase.
Note: Affiliate links may be used if available
Note: Personal shopping and delivery services are offered upon request at an additional fee. The fee for this service will be calculated once the final design is completed.

DIRECT COMMUNICATION

All communication throughout the design process will be completed via virtual consultation, email, or through the Client’s personal design portal on the SNPC Design website.

DESIGNER FOLLOW UP

I am committed to following up with each Client. After 30 days, I will reach out to each Client to see how the installation process is going and to answer any questions you may have. This applies to any design package for which you completed payment.
